I have had mixed results, but results had left me disappointed. It can be said that this area is a very steep learning curve. But with any business, online or traditional, it all starts with building a relationship. Getting to know your prospect and discovering what they want.

I like a good challenge. But my past 10 years were, to say the least, very challenging indeed. Throughout my years of experience I can distill a lot of what I have learnt and now seek into several points:

  1. The business or products must firstly have a good reputation for providing superior value and actually must help people in their lives.
  2. The business should, wherever possible, have products that are simple, educational and aimed toward advancing the customer’s knowledge, ability and credibility
  3. Products for sale should offer a good profit margin (Generally high-ticket programs offer this) and be easy to deliver to the customer
  4. There should be a low relative cost to get the business running and generating sales
  5. There should be good customer support, resources and help along with integrity of leadership
  6.  The process of starting a business should be as simple to learn and duplicatable as possible
  7. There should be a professional website with all the information, quick overview and clarity on the process to start
  8. There should be help with marketing and sales processes to get you started quickly
  9. HUGE: You should be able to get help with how you connect and communicate with your leads and customers, how to offer amazing value and how to segment your leads into hot leads and generate sales.

I am here to share with you all the aspects of condensing your leads into hot prospects who become customers. I believe this is at the core of success principles that most successful businesses have.

Why I Got Into Flying https://www.julianrobinson.com.au/2021/01/30/why-i-got-into-flying/ https://www.julianrobinson.com.au/2021/01/30/why-i-got-into-flying/#respond Sat, 30 Jan 2021 06:34:32 +0000 https://www.julianrobinson.com.au/?p=88 Read More]]> Julian's first Jabiru aircraftFlying has been the essence of my enjoyment over the years. I got my ultralight pilot’s licence back in 2005 and bought a Jabiru, all Australian designed and built aircraft. This is a picture of me with my first owned Jabiru. This one is a light weight, all fibreglass composite construction, high wing 2 seater with a cruise speed of approximately 100 knots. In relative terms this is around 185 km/h.

One of my lifelong passions is to fly around Australia in my Jabiru aircraft, visiting all the outback stations and town folk, elders and people of the remote areas. This will take a lot of planning for me. Both in fuel stops, weather considerations, time, distance, food, water and

access to aircraft maintenance facilities along the way. I am currently getting my Jabiru set up for long distance by installing GPS mapping and other such technology to help me navigate and make the journey more enjoyable.

The reason I got into flying is the sense of freedom it gives me. Nobody can bother me when I’m in the air. I can see the earth as it is in all it’s scenic beauty. I can travel fast – I can see what birds see. But most of all I love the freedom. If you want to know more about my flying, don’t hesitate to contact me
